Description

Great People Work Here.

In Twinings UK&I we are on a stimulating journey of transformation as we seek to achieve our exciting goal of becoming a leading brand in wellbeing drinks. We have created an organisation designed to be in flow, where everyone has a pivotal role to play, and an experience that enables you to get the most out of life at Twinings and thrive.

We're recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to underpin the amazing work that our UK&I Marketing teams deliver, and provide support which enables our Marketing Director the capacity to deliver on key strategic initiatives.

To do this, you'll work closely with our Marketing Director - managing her diary, prioritising meetings, managing her email inbox and generally being a gatekeeper to her time (which is in high demand so will take good prioritisation skills). You'll also deliver administrative / coordination support to enable Marketing projects to happen efficiently, at pace and with the right people in the right places and the correct materials and samples at the ready.

You'll be a key contributor to the wider marketing team from a people and culture perspective. We also have regular events (monthly, quarterly, annually), on or off-site - and you'll be pivotal in the organisation from conception through to delivery (leaning on great project management). For this and other projects you'll communicate efficiently with a diverse range of both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months, based in our Andover office on a hybrid basis.
