Location: Ealing Broadway (only accepting applicants within 1 hour of Ealing Broadway tube station)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (includes a paid 1-hour lunch break)

Salary: 31,500 per year

Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications: At least A-Levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who's organised, confident and not afraid to get stuck in. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of our client campaigns - everything from editing short-form videos and scheduling social content, to helping set up paid ads and managing key creative workflows. You'll often be liaising directly with our sales reps, CRM specialists and clients, so clear communication and the ability to keep things moving without being micro-managed is key.

We're looking for someone who can take initiative, adapt quickly and spot problems before they escalate. Ideally, you'll have some experience with Meta ads, video editing tools like CapCut, and feel comfortable picking up a camera when needed. Whether it's helping plan shoots, sorting logistics, or stepping in to keep a campaign on track, you'll be playing a central role in making things happen behind the scenes.

Who You Are

You're organised, detail-oriented and take pride in doing things properly. You don't wait to be told what to do - instead, you like figuring things out, taking ownership and working things out quickly. You've got a strong creative eye, an understanding of digital marketing (especially social media and paid ads), and you're not afraid to try new tools or suggest better ways of doing things. If you've got photography or videography experience, even better - but we're happy to train the right person if you're willing to learn.

This role suits someone who's entrepreneurial-minded, ambitious and genuinely interested in how brands grow. You'll be working directly with the founder and senior team, so there's loads of room to learn fast and grow into a more strategic role if that's what you're aiming for.

This role is offered on a self-employed, freelance basis. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for handling your own tax, national insurance contributions, and any legal or financial obligations related to your self-employment status. Please be aware that, as per this arrangement, we are unable to provide equipment, software, or other materials required to carry out your work - you will be expected to use your own resources.
