A growing Winchester-based marketing company is looking for a marketing assistant to join our team to work on client and inhouse projects.
This is a full-time hybrid working role, with scope for promotion, and ideal for someone looking to develop a career in marketing.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with great organisational skills, good writing ability and comfortable with social media, who is looking for an opportunity to develop wider marketing expertise and knowledge, whilst becoming an important member of the team.
The role will involve a variety of marketing tasks, including:
Content writing
E-marketing
Social media management
SEO & PPC
Website management
Supporting the Account Managers and Director
Applicants are required to have a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and will be required to use a variety of CRM software and website Content Management Systems. A knowledge of Canva would be of benefit too, but not essential.
The starting salary is 25,000 per annum. Other benefits include: holiday (plus an additional days holiday for each year of service), company pension and regular office away days (past events include climbing the O2, the Crystal Maze Experience, Rib Treasure Hunt on the Solent, a trip up Snowdon, CSI Experience and fine dining at 5hotels).
This is a hybrid role, with some time in the office expected but working from home fine as well.
Access to your own transport is essential due to our rural location. There is plenty of free parking onsite.
