Role Overview
We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to enhance our store's online presence. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, particularly TikTok, and eager to showcase our store's offerings and community involvement through engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and post engaging TikTok videos that highlight our products, services, and community events.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends to create relevant and timely content.
- Collaborate with store staff to plan and execute content ideas.
- Monitor TikTok analytics to assess performance and suggest improvements.
- Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and messages.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content on TikTok, either personally or professionally.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic video editing skills using TikTok's in-app tools or other editing software.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on content performance.
- Interest in retail and community engagement.
