We're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing & Lettings Assistant to join our growing property team.
You'll support multiple businesses with social media, direct marketing, and general admin tasks, including helping run a busy letting agency. This is a unique and varied hands-on role ideal for someone with strong digital and organisational skills who enjoys working independently and juggling different responsibilities.
? Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media
Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok
Plan and schedule posts for multiple brands (property, lettings, short stays, etc.)
Support with direct marketing campaigns (emails, flyers, local advertising)
Monitor online engagement and grow brand visibility
Lettings Admin & Office Support
Advertise rental properties on platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, or OpenRent
Respond to tenant enquiries and book in viewings
Help with tenant referencing, payments, deposits and paperwork
Assist with tenancy agreements, renewals and system updates
Occasionally support or attend property viewings (if local and mobile)
? Requirements:
Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation
Good written communication and attention to detail
Admin or office support background preferred
Confident working with multiple tasks across different businesses
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
Driving licence and car (preferred but not essential)
