Role Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on

Marketing Assitant

to take ownership of our brand, business strategy, and store-level marketing execution. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with practical, on-the-ground marketing activity to drive restaurant-level sales and overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities



Brand & Business Strategy



Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals. Own the marketing calendar, integrating seasonal campaigns, product launches, and local events. Collaborate with leadership on long-term marketing plans to support growth and expansion.

Store-Level Marketing



Devise and execute tactical marketing initiatives tailored to individual stores. Work with store teams to localise promotions, manage in-store branding, and engage local communities. Monitor store performance and optimise marketing efforts to boost footfall and sales.

Design & Content Management



Oversee creative assets across print and digital platforms -- menus, POS, social content, flyers, and promotional materials. Manage relationships with designers, photographers, and freelancers to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned output.

Digital Marketing



Lead the digital marketing strategy including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising. Oversee content creation and community management for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business. Analyse digital performance and adjust tactics to maximise ROI and engagement.

Campaign Management



Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and data insights. Work closely with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, Deliveroo) to optimise promotions and visibility.

Qualifications



Experience



Minimum 4+ years in marketing with strategic and executional scope. (Essential) Experience in QSR or Indian food/hospitality market. (Desirable) Proven experience in both strategy creation and hands-on tactical execution. (Essential) Demonstrated success in managing campaigns that drive footfall and local engagement. (Essential)

Education



Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Essential) CIM or equivalent marketing qualification (Desirable)

Design Knowledge



Ability to manage creative briefs and brand consistency (Essential) Hands-on design ability (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) (Desirable)

Digital Skills



Social media, email marketing, paid ads, analytics (Essential) SEO/SEM and influencer marketing (Desirable)

Communication



Strong verbal and written skills (Essential) Multilingual (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi) (Desirable)

Mindset



Creative, data-driven, collaborative (Essential) Passion for brand building and storytelling (Desirable)
