Here at Graham & Brown, we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join the team, based in Blackburn. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of Salary \xc2\xa321,988 to \xc2\xa323,145 per annum.

As our Marketing Assistant, you will support the Brand Managers and the wider marketing team to meet their objectives, and to provide marketing and product management support for licensed brands.

Our Marketing Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

• Product Administrative duties across all licensed brands including monitoring critical paths, sampling and logging approvals, AX product origination, range lists & product assets
• Supporting the Direct Sales area of the business by ensuring new launches have all relevant digital assets prior to launch
• Supporting the licensing team with licensed partner meetings and visits, including preparation, and presenting skills
• Photography and assets including coordinating photography shoots, creating web assets using Photoshop and/Illustrator
• Full Product life cycle knowledge for multiple product categories
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and licensing restrictions, seeking approval for artwork, POS, and product assets
• Data analysis to make informed decisions
• Pattern Book creation and delivery including artwork, print, raising purchase orders, stock, and order quantities
• Keeping brand rooms up to date and relevant
• Working with critical paths for different licensed brands and product categories typically working 3 - 6 months ahead of launch dates

Experience and skills required by our Marketing Assistant:

• Bring a sense of urgency to situations, demonstrate a flexible, adaptable and hands on approach, be willing to get involved to increase the pace and achieve goals and objectives
• A methodical approach coupled with attention to detail are important aspects, working to a high specification to maintain and improve quality, while being disciplined in following organisational systems, procedures, and guidelines
• Good verbal communication & building strong working relationships
• Positive can-do attitude, ability to get stuck in & work on own initiative
• Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
• Strong IT Skills

Driving License as travel will be required
