Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing activities across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Support the planning and implementation of communications strategies to align with the business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications activities, providing insightful reports and recommendations.
• Create compelling content for both internal and external platforms, engaging diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager to draft written materials for distribution to media outlets.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and PR efforts throughout the organization.
• Monitor media coverage and social media platforms, actively managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s online reputation.
• Work alongside external agencies to maximize PR and marketing opportunities.
• Assist in organizing and supporting internal and external events to develop client and external relationships.
• Provide support to projects, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Offer assistance and cover to other team members as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of coordinating and executing marketing activities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with professionals and colleagues within the Marketing and Business Development teams.
• Experience in a professional services environment is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel between offices, as our client is a national business with a strong presence.
