Reporting to the Marketing Administration Manager, the position will involve assisting members of the Marketing Department in promoting the Group's courses in co-operation with Anglo-Continental representatives, companies, travel agencies, universities and other institutions in specific overseas markets. The Marketing Assistant's role will also include the following and it is anticipated that when required, you will provide administrative assistance with other markets:
responding to enquiries and distributing the Group's promotional materials to existing and potential clients and agents in all our markets;
dealing efficiently with follow-up work including correspondence and looking after foreign visitors;
day-to-day liaison with clients and with students (individuals and groups) attending their courses at the school;
updating information for databases and producing mailshots;
ordering and maintaining supplies of promotional material for the department;
filing and ensuring the prompt despatch of emails;
any other duties as required by the Board of Directors.
Anglo-Continental reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the above duties to meet the needs of the business.
Please note that fluent Turkish is essential for this position.
