Adventure Attractions is a small but mighty leisure and hospitality group with a unique portfolio of attractions including the iconic Bournemouth Pier (home to RockReef and Key West Restaurant), Cromer Pier with its world-famous end-of-the-pier show, and the charming Castle Pantry tea rooms at Highcliffe Castle.

We are proud of our seasonal energy, family-friendly experiences, and local community connections. With a centralised marketing team based in Bournemouth, we're looking to expand our capabilities with a hands-on, proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing needs.

The Role



This part-time Marketing Assistant role is ideal for someone with previous marketing experience who is looking to return to the workplace or simply seeking a more flexible work/life balance.

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be a key part of our small but busy marketing team, helping to deliver engaging campaigns, coordinate promotional materials, and keep our digital presence fresh and effective.

The role is office based on Bournemouth Pier.



Key Responsibilities



Content Support:

Assist with content creation for social media, websites, email campaigns, and printed materials.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Help schedule and post social content across our brand platforms (RockReef, Key West, Cromer Pier, Castle Pantry).

Reviews & Community management:

Coordinate with departments to reply to customer review and actively engage with customers across social media.

Website updates:

Work alongside the Marketing Executive to ensure that all website are displaying latest information, press releases and campaigns.

On-Site Marketing Support:

Coordinate and deliver POS, signage, and promotional materials, liaising with venue teams to ensure consistency and quality.

Research:

Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and idea generation for new campaigns, events or offers.

Admin & Reporting:

Maintain marketing calendars, support with email reporting, and keep campaign trackers and asset libraries up to date.

Team Support:

Provide general support and contribute to brainstorming sessions and planning meetings.

Who We're Looking For



Strong written and verbal communication skills Organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple tasks Enthusiastic team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves Comfortable with Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, and basic digital platforms (training can be provided) A passion for leisure, hospitality, and creating memorable visitor experiences Some prior marketing experience (in-house or agency) is desirable but not essential
