Job Summary:



Are you a creative thinker who wants to push the boundaries and have a meaningful impact on people's lives? Then, look no further; we are hiring a marketing assistant to help us on our mission.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and external agencies to create eye-catching content and inspiring sales materials, help run impactful campaigns and grow our brands. This position is ideal for someone with a versatile and hands-on approach. With no two days the same, learning as you go and organising your time are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Design & Creative Development:



Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and digital assets for web, social media, email, print, and presentations. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and execute designs.

Marketing & Campaign Execution:



Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing and digital ads. Support content creation, including copywriting, blog posts, case studies, and more.

Brand Management:



Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as needed. Ensure all external communications reflect the brand's tone, values, and visual identity.

Market & Competitor Research:



Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide insights to guide creative and strategic decisions.

Collaboration:



Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. Some work experience in a Design or Marketing role is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro). Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Understanding of marketing concepts. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic execution. Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Confidence in being on camera and the ability to operate film and photography equipment. Full UK driver's licence.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
