. As the business continues to scale, we are creating the opportunity for a Marketing Assistant who is looking for long-term growth and development within the company.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, proactive and ready to grow with a business that is evolving quickly. The advertising salary is a starting salary with room for progression within the business for the right candidate.

Preferable Requirements



1. Genuine interest or background in at least one of the following markets:

Agriculture/field-sports/equestrian as this makes up 80% of our ATV/UTV customer base
and/or

Motorcycles and the UK motorcycle market
2. Confident and creative video editing and graphic design skills

Capable of producing short-form content Cap Cut (minimum requirement) Canva as a minimum for graphic design
3. Strong knowledge of social media

Understanding of platform best practices, analytics, content formats and audience engagement
4. Strong copywriting ability with the capacity to write clearly and effectively for our target audiences across agriculture, fieldsports, powersports and motorcycling. This includes producing SEO-optimised blog posts, website copy, and email newsletters aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.

5. Marketing degree or previous marketing and/or event planning experience

Key Responsibilities



Events & Shows



Assist in planning and booking national events (e.g. Royal Highland Show, LAMMA Show, The Game Fair, The Stalking Show, Cereals Show, Royal Welsh Show, ABR Festival and Motorcycle Live)

Complete event documentation and exhibitor requirements including risk assessments, method statements, press releases and all marketing activities within the exhibitor portal

Produce pre-, during-, and post-event content

Capture event photography, video and testimonials

Assist with logistics, stand layouts and machine transport

Prepare event kits, printed materials and equipment

Pack vehicles ahead of shows and liaise with warehouse staff

Collate event leads and monitor lead journeys via a CRM for dealer follow-up

Develop a confident understanding of the full CFMOTO product range and be present on event stands to speak with customers, prospective buyers and our dealer network

Social Media Content Creation & Management



Plan and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

Create on-brand graphics, reels and short videos using a minimum of Canva and CapCut

Assist at content shoots in rural locations across the UK

Write suitable captions for agricultural, powersports and motorcycle audiences

Respond to comments, messages and user-generated content

Run competitions and encourage audience engagement

Research trends and propose creative content ideas

Support and liaise with brand ambassadors, coordinating content and appearances

Email Marketing & SEO



Support the integration and management of a new CRM system

Build and segment customer databases

Create and schedule email marketing campaigns

Build automated workflows (welcome sequences, re-engagement journeys, post-event follow-ups)

Test campaigns for mobile optimisation and link accuracy

Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements

Write SEO optimised blog posts for the website

Skills and Attributes



Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy

Confident creating short-form video content

Strong copywriting skills to generate content marketing for the blog

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload

Detail-focused and able to work independently

Willingness to travel for shows, events and content capture

Full UK driving licence (we are in a rural location without easy transport links) - there is potential for candidate to be required to drive to events in company fleet vehicles

This role is 100% office-based at our Horncastle headquarters (however some UK travel is required when attending events, including overnight stays in hotels)

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with all UK bank holidays off. As the role involves supporting national shows and events, some weekend work may be required. When weekend hours are necessary, time off in lieu or paid overtime will be offered in accordance with company policy.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
