Key Responsibilities
Assist in
digital marketing campaigns
, including website updates, SEO, and email marketing
Create and manage content
for websites, social media, and newsletters
Provide basic PC troubleshooting support
, such as resolving minor software or connectivity issues
Work with
marketing data
, tracking campaign performance and generating reports
Learn to use
SQL databases
for basic data retrieval (training provided)
Assist with
automation and CRM management
to improve customer engagement
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
Support in organising content for
trade shows and exhibitions
