We serve thousands of members inside our online mobility program, reach over 1.3 million subscribers on YouTube, and receive messages every day from people whose lives have been changed by what we do.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Posting & Publishing Content
Post daily content to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter
Schedule and manage content across platforms
Publish YouTube community posts and written updates
Upload content on time, double-checking for typos, formatting, and consistency with brand voice
Engagement & Community Building
DM new followers and engage with comments, replies, and mentions
Reply to comments on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Help support and moderate the Lifelong Mobility members-only community
Flag questions, success stories, and testimonial opportunities for the wider team
Customer Support
Answer basic questions from potential or current customers via DM or comment
Help members get support or access when needed
Schedule calls with the CEO for onboarding, sales, or testimonials
Assist in webinar setup and live chat support
Content Creation Support
Chop long-form YouTube or webinar content into short-form clips using pre-made templates or tools
Capture and document day-to-day content, spotting opportunities for valuable video and photos
Write compelling captions for social posts and clips
Capture behind-the-scenes content or work with the team to gather testimonials and user-generated content
Monitor trends and suggest ideas for new content pieces
Platform Maintenance
Keep track of posting schedule and performance
Moderate YouTube comments daily
Monitor reach and engagement metrics and report weekly wins or issues
Stay on top of platform changes or content opportunities
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with experience posting and managing multiple social media platforms
Strong writing and captioning skills, with an eye for detail
Confident using content tools (Canva, CaptionsAI, scheduling tools, etc.)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own time
Friendly, warm, and engaging tone in all communication
Bonus: You're familiar with an older audience or health & fitness content
The Skills You Must Have:
Excellent written English and communication skills
Able to follow and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
Basic video editing (or willingness to learn with training provided)
Comfortable with short-form platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Customer-first mindset: caring, responsive, and proactive
Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to spot what's missing or what could be improved
Able to juggle multiple channels and tasks without dropping the ball
