We currently have a brand new vacancy for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to work alongside the Marketing Manager to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple business units.

Update website content, product listings, and digital assets via WordPress.

Draft and schedule content for social media channels, reflecting the business' tone and values.

Collaborate with the US marketing team and external partners to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Assist in the coordination and execution of product videos and webinars.

Take the lead on organising and executing exhibitions, including logistics, stand design, and lead capture management.

Support market research initiatives and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Experience/Skills required:

1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or healthcare-related environment.

Confident supporting a variety of marketing activities including social media, website updates, email campaigns, events, and printed materials.

Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar), Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

A relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications, or similar (degree or equivalent experience).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
