We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to embrace a diverse role within our team, assisting in all aspects of marketing with elements of content creation, brand management & customer interaction. Working for a photographic production & printing company exclusively for professional photographers and artists, this position is office based within our workshop and requires an eager and adaptable candidate.
Responsibilities:
Picture planning, editing or preparing and uploading imagery to the company website
Researching photography trends relevant to our business including photography businesses, weddings, studios and more
Identifying opportunities to drive new customer/member acquisition and engagement
Working with the team to shape seasonal messaging
Actively posting & engaging on the companies social platforms with content creation and identifying new member partnerships
Developing, implementing and managing content plans.
Ensure the website is always up to date, with the correct content, assets and copy to comply with brand guidelines
Planning & executing web based content including newsletters, blogs, webinars, videos, interviews and more.
Identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rate to drive sales
Maintaining relationships with partner associations, brand ambassadors & suppliers
General admin for the content & customer support team, including emails, writing, transcribing, research, product send-outs and campaign coordination
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills and highly motivated with a keen eye for detail
Helpful & friendly manner, not afraid to get stuck in
A passion for design or photography or both
Engaging ideas for digital and social
Drive to provide excellent service
Confident writing skills
High level of computer literacy
Use your initiative and employ good judgement
Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion
Professional communication skills across all channels (phone, email, content)
A dynamic self-starter, collaborative, passionate and hands-on team player

The role is a full time on site, office based role in Hatfield with a remote London office. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. No agencies please.
