Job Ad: Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

We're hiring! Come join our Dorathy & J team as a Marketing Assistant

Dorathy & J is a growing, feel-good piercing studio and jewellery brand that thrives on creativity, community, and helping people feel their best. We're on the lookout for a super organised, digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to support our growing content and events calendar. You'll work directly with our Creative Marketing Lead (Milly) to help behind the scenes with campaigns, content, influencer collabs, and customer communication.

Role: Marketing Assistant

Part-time: 16 hours per week In-studio: L33 7TJ - Monday 9am - 5pm & Thursday 9am - 5pm

What you'll be doing:

Uploading products and managing inventory in Shopify Drafting captions and scheduling posts (Instagram + TikTok) Assisting with influencer outreach and brand collabs Helping write and send emails using templates and AI tools Managing customer messages via email and Instagram DMs Supporting with party planning prep (printables, digital invites, etc.) Assisting with the Dorathy & J Broadcast Channel and content planning

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident with social media and online tools Super organised and detail-obsessed A great communicator (both written and spoken) Loves creative small businesses and gets our brand vibe Self-motivated and happy working with clear tasks + deadlines Canva confident (bonus points for experience with Shopify, email tools like Klaviyo, or AI tools)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour
