The Marketing Assistant Manager role sits within our Consulting marketing team, with oversight of activity across the public and private sectors, with the key role of developing and executing the marketing strategy across the business.
The Marketing Assistant Manager will help create, develop and implement a marketing strategy and collaborate across the Firm and with the central enablement teams (content, digital, social, and design) supporting and delivering on the strategy.

A look into the role
As the Marketing Assistant Manager - Advisory & Consulting team, you will:

• Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to create, develop and deliver on consulting-wide marketing initiatives and projects

• Have oversight of the marketing activity required by the consulting team, developing a strong understanding of the team's various offerings and being able to articulate them simply and effectively.

• Collaborate with junior marketing team members and senior stakeholders to effectively develop and implement the marketing plans to support them in meeting their objectives tailored to specific target audiences and sectors.

• Work with business development colleagues to ensure propositions are effectively taken to market and that they have the marketing support they need to deliver on targets

• Work with marketing operations colleagues including the digital team and content team to provide the business with a multi-channel marketing approach, including website, social media, e-comms, events, webinars, collateral and more.

• Be a champion of marketing best practice, ensuring the best advice and outcomes for our stakeholder

• Acts with integrity and adheres to our organisational values

Knowing you're right for us
Joining us as a Marketing Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you'll need is a proven track record in marketing within professional services, to be a confident communicator, and have strong stakeholder management and project management skills. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you develop along the way.

• you'll have a demonstrable background in campaign management, producing quality and consistent messages across all channels, and managing marketing campaigns from inception through to follow-up/reporting on ROI

• you'll have experience working with suppliers and third parties

• you'll be educated to degree level, or equivalent

• A confident self-starter, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• A creative, analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop and execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
