The Role:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be a key player in the delivery of high-impact campaigns and commercial support. From creative brainstorming to rolling up your sleeves on sales decks, you'll work at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

You'll support both our marketing and sales teams while getting hands-on with exciting new product development initiatives. This is a rare chance to be part of building a brand from the inside out.

What You'll Do:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, retail activations). Support the sales team with trade marketing materials, presentations, and promotional planning. Collaborate on new product development projects - from idea generation to market launch. Research competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities. Help manage social media accounts and community engagement. Track and report on campaign performance and customer feedback. Bring energy, initiative, and ideas to every meeting - we move fast and break ground.

What You Bring:

A self-starter mentality A passion for brand, innovation, and high-performance environments. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales support or a related field (internships welcome). Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Confidence with data, PowerPoint, and creative briefs. Entrepreneurial mindset - you're proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive on building things from scratch.

Pay: 22,880.00-25,136.00 per year
