Marketing Assistant

to join our team and help amplify our story across digital platforms.

The Role:

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be a core part of our creative and promotional efforts. You'll be responsible for producing engaging content across our social media channels, working directly with our artists to showcase their work and our studio culture. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, videography, and digital storytelling--especially within the creative, tattoo, or arts space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

: Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form (Reels, TikToks) and long-form (YouTube, promotional pieces) video content.

Social Media Management

: Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube using content calendars and scheduling tools.

Studio Coverage

: Visit all three studio locations regularly to capture in-the-moment content, artist interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Engagement & Growth

: Support with community management, respond to comments/messages where needed, and assist in growing our online presence.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure all content aligns with the Skins & Needles brand, tone, and visual style.

Campaign Support

: Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years experience in a content marketing or social media role Strong skills in videography and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategy Confidence in both filming and editing for vertical and horizontal formats A creative eye for storytelling and visual content Ability to work independently and travel between studios (Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required) Passion for the arts, tattoos, or creative industries a big plus Comfortable working in a studio environment and communicating with artists

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the tattoo, beauty, fashion, or creative arts industry Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Photography skills Knowledge of influencer marketing or paid social is a bonus
