Job Summary - Office Based

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support a wide range of marketing activities which include helping us communicate with our customers, working with industry leading suppliers and strengthening the Perco Foods brand.

About us - Perco Foods

Based in our office on Norton High Street, we are a leading importer and distributor of QSR foodservice products and will be celebrating our 30th year in business in 2026. A family run business with a relatively small team but a big impact as we supply over 150 wholesalers up and down the country with leading foodservice brands such as Lamb Weston, McCain Foods, and Lakeland Dairies.

About you

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and is motivated to do well and takes pride in their job. The role would be well suited for someone who is studying or has studied Marketing at University and is looking for a job opportunity alongside/after completing their studies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the creation of content across multiple platforms Design eye-catching marketing materials Assist with email marketing campaigns Contribute fresh ideas for different forms of marketing, including digital, print, and in-person promotions Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and Management team as needed

Expectations

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Demonstrated time management abilities with a keen attention to detail Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of IT tools relevant to digital marketing is beneficial e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 33 per week

Work Location: In person
