We are looking for a proactive and self-managing Part-Time Executive Assistant to join our small but fast-developing team, based in Fleet. This role supports two businesses as we scale, and requires someone who is confident working independently, highly organised, and comfortable taking initiative.
You will be working closely with the Director to ensure communication is handled smoothly, content is scheduled consistently across channels, and day-to-day operational tasks are followed through to completion. You will also support with basic outreach activity and event administration.
This is an in-person, office-based role with flexibility around working hours.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the Director's inbox and handling communications
Creating and scheduling social content for our Ceroc events brand
Scheduling social media content produced by external partners
Comment monitoring, liking and basic engagement on social platforms
Reconciling events between Ceroc systems and QuickBooks
Liaising with venue managers and event volunteers
Setting up events and ticket listings on Meta and ticket platforms
Preparing basic onboarding admin for new clients
Assisting with client lead generation and initial outreach
Supporting with early-stage sales call booking
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Attending our Ceroc class venue occasionally as a mystery shopper and providing feedback
About you:
Confident working alone and taking ownership of your role
Comfortable using online systems and cloud tools
Clear, direct communicator
Positive, committed and enthusiastic about growth
Comfortable with unstructured or evolving work environments
Motivated by progress and improvement
Mature and reliable with strong attention to detail
Experience in hospitality, operations, events or consulting environments is beneficial.
Tools we use (training will be provided as required):
Microsoft Office, Canva, Buffer, QuickBooks, Meta Business Suite and other cloud systems.
