The role:




Supporting the Marketing and Business Development team with the provision of day-to-day operational work, including:

Maintaining a variety of marketing & BD databases, providing regular updates, correct segmentation and accurate recording of internal and external referrals Supporting with the coordination of events including ones we organise and also those we attend. This will include assisting with communications, invitations, maintaining delegate lists, coordinating attendance at external events for staff and other administrative duties as required as well as event follow up. Maintain internal events calendar ensuring all event details are captured. Assist with all on-site event support including event set up and takedown, meeting and greeting, production of name badges and coordinating event materials. There will be a requirement to travel to our various office locations and surrounding areas for this. Administrative management of sponsorships and memberships, keeping track of renewals and costs. Helping to maintain and update key marketing channels, including the firm's website, social media platforms and newsletters. Assist with email marketing, maintaining the master database and distribution lists and supporting on the production and circulation of email campaigns and updates. Coordinating photography for new starters, PR and more. All other marketing administrative duties including ordering marketing materials, business cards, diary management for internal and external meetings and management of stock inventory. All other business development administrative duties to support the firmwide strategy for growth including market and competitor research, sector analysis, referrer targeting and attendance at regular internal BD meetings.

Skills and experience:



A business marketing related degree or equivalent. experience/qualification. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms). A valid driving licence and access to a car, insured for business use. Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually. Highly organised and strong attention to detail. A high level of self-motivation and ownership of tasks. Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working collaboratively across teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable experience:



* Experience working in the legal or professional services sector.
