The Role





Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Assistant, based in Kenley, Surrey.


This role has a key focus on internal communications and administration, with the addition of assisting with various marketing tasks

The Role





Intranet & Internal Communications:



? Administer the company intranet daily, managing starters, leavers, document management, and forms.


? Handle intranet support tickets and contribute timely content.


? Produce the weekly company internal newsletter.


? Assist in updating the company handbook.


? Assist with organising and running internal events.

Recruitment & Job Postings:





? Update job advertisements on Indeed and internal job boards.


? Manage the recruitment platform, uploading jobs internally and externally, and liaising with recruitment partners.

Rewards & Employee Engagement:





? Manage the company rewards platform, encouraging sign-ups and sending email marketing campaigns.

Marketing Support:





? Assist with conducting reports and marketing analytics on marketing activities.


? Help create content for social media and email marketing campaigns.


? Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing channels.

General Support:





? Carry out additional ad-hoc duties to support the marketing department and wider business as required.

The Candidate



Required Skills:





? 1+ years of experience in marketing.


? Strong written communication skills


? Excellent copywriting skills


? High attention to detail, ensuring quality work is consistently delivered


? Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude


? Technologically savvy with the ability to multitask, plan, and coordinate workload effectively

Desired Skills:





? Experienced with Canva
