Job Description

We Are Fortis is on the lookout for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Working across a diverse range of clients in multiple industries, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging marketing content that makes an impact.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting day-to-day marketing planning and execution for a variety of clients Liaising directly with clients over the phone and via email to understand their goals and create tailored content plans Collaborating closely with our in-house video team to bring ideas to life Ensuring all marketing tasks are completed and scheduled across relevant social media platforms Attending client meetings and events when required (a full UK driving licence is essential)

What we're looking for:

Proven telephone communication skills and confidence dealing with clients Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite A self-starter who's comfortable managing multiple projects across various industries A good understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools Excellent organisational and time-management skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for meetings and events
