We are seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our wonderful team here at Durrants! This exciting role is a brand-new role and for the right candidate we can offer flexibility to complement the candidates work life balance. Start as soon as possible with flexible hours. Salary dependent on experience.

The Marketing Assistant will be based at our High Street office in the charming seaside town of Southwold as well as occasional work from home should this suit the right candidate.

The Marketing Assistant will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for taking on a variety of marketing tasks including creating marketing campaigns, managing our social media channels, managing SEO and PPC campaigns, use Google Analytics for monthly reporting and coordinate market research studies.

Other duties also include but are not limited to:

Help organising and attending local events on behalf of Durrants
Create regular newsletters
Preparing B2B and B2C marketing materials for promotions
Measuring results of campaigns and creating various reports for the Managing Director
Maintain and build relationships with the local community and organisations
Content creation and copywriting for the Durrants website, making website changes.
Liaising with Residential Managers on Rightmove listings and regularly updating listings
Working closely alongside all departments within the business
Occasional working in our other offices when required
Organise and coordinate various window displays for our offices when required

Personal Specification:

Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing
Excellent writing and communication skills
Independent working
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
Local knowledge of the area would also be ideal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
