We're excited to share that we've got a great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team!

In this role, you'll be supporting the Marketing Manager and the wider team with everything from creating high-quality marketing materials and content to updating the website and handling day-to-day marketing tasks.


You'll get hands-on experience in the fast-growing Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, and Co-Liv sectors, and play a part in shaping the marketing strategy for the Fresh brand and our products.


As a Marketing Assistant, you'll take the lead on online activity within your region--managing social media channels, local marketing plans, artwork, and portal listings--while always representing both Fresh and our own-brand properties with pride.


About you


The successful individual is required to have a creative eye and be digitally minded with excellent multi-tasking skills as you'll be managing multiple projects and tasks on a regular basis. Ideally, you'll have marketing experience, this can be vocation experience or academic experience with it being essential that you have strong administrative skills including using the MS office suite. The ability to use Canva and/or Hootsuite is highly desirable. Due to the nature of this role, we're looking for someone who can adapt their communication style dependant on their audience and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
