Barbican\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing department is responsible for developing audiences, generating revenue, and building the Barbican\xe2\x80\x99s reputation nationally and internationally. We achieve this through a mix of audience insight, brand development, customer relationship management, digital innovation and bold, intelligent campaign activity.

About the roles

Three Marketing Assistants will support the Barbican\xe2\x80\x99s wide-ranging arts programme and the strategic priorities of the organisation, including membership.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a genuine interest in developing your marketing skills and an enthusiasm for engaging different audiences for our diverse programme of activity. A clear and confident communicator, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be comfortable dealing with a number of internal and external stakeholders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be motivated and eager to learn and try new things. You\'ll also be super-organised with a good attention to detail and possess excellent copywriting skills.

Our ideal applicants will have some experience working within an arts environment and have a familiarity with, and passion for, the arts.
