Mamado International Ltd is seeking an experienced
Growth & Brand Marketing Lead
to build and lead its first in-house marketing department.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on marketer who can combine creativity, data-driven decision making, and leadership to
build the marketing foundation from the ground up
.
You will take ownership of all marketing activity across Mamado's portfolio of beauty and personal care brands -- developing strategy, leading creative execution, building partnerships, and shaping how each brand connects with consumers globally.

strengthen our brands, build the marketing team, and drive sustained growth across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Department & Strategy Development
Establish the internal marketing structure, processes, and tools from scratch.
Create the long-term marketing roadmap for Mamado's portfolio of brands.
Set clear KPIs and reporting systems to track growth and performance.
Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align brand, commercial, and growth objectives.
Brand Building
Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all consumer touchpoints.
Oversee campaign development, storytelling, and content strategy.
Ensure consistent, high-quality presentation across packaging, digital, and retail materials.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
Build a strong influencer and content creator network for each brand.
Manage all aspects of collaborations, from outreach and negotiation to performance tracking.
Identify creators who drive genuine engagement and brand trust.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Optimise campaigns based on ROI, audience insights, and conversion data.
Develop growth strategies for social, D2C, and retail channels.
Creative & Content Management
Oversee visual production -- photography, video, and design -- ensuring excellence and brand cohesion.
Work with internal or freelance creatives to produce powerful digital assets.
Approve content calendars and ensure consistent storytelling.
About You
4-6 years of experience in brand or growth marketing (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods).
Proven ability to build or scale marketing functions within a growing brand.
Experience in managing influencer programs and paid digital campaigns.
Deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand building.
Creative thinker with commercial instincts -- can connect brand storytelling with business growth.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from day one.
