Proven experience in client facing business development, preferably in the legal or professional services sector Proven ability to identify and effectively capitalise on opportunities Strategic thinker with strong project management, communication, and leadership skills Collaborative team player and self-starter Skilled in digital marketing and social media strategy Professional, commercially astute, and adaptable with a hands-on approach

Key Responsibilities



Lead the development and execution of business development and marketing strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships, including organising and attending events Representing Chambers at strategic events to foster relationships and generate new opportunities. Manage digital presence, directories, events, and campaigns Collaborate to encourage marketing and business development initiatives Strengthen client relationships across the legal and business community * Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitive positioning
