NXTGEN is a group made up of three divisions, including; Scaffolding, Futures (Construction) and Energy. We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to work across our three divisions and join our incredible team.

Summary

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Next Generation Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base.

Being the face of our social media platforms and helping to generate leads through email, cold calls, adverts & updating our websites.

Full working days and hours can be flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Collaborate with the management team to create effective promotional strategies. Cold outreach on emails, social media and the phone to get opportunities for the businesses. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the construction industry. Must be confident on the phone and on camera, as we would like you to be the face of our company Excellent communication skills. Canva experience would be great but we can help teach to use this. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
