Permanent, 0.8FTE, 29.6 hours per week, to be worked as four full days (must include Friday) or five short days.




Band 5 - 37,694 to 42,254 per annum, pro rata




About the Post




The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is recruiting a Marketing Business Partner, to work collaboratively with academic Schools in the University to support our aims for growth in student numbers.


You will build trusting relationships with your School and will work with them to develop and deliver their marketing plans, and will bring the insights from your knowledge of your School back to the Directorate to support the University's marketing and recruitment activity.


About the Team




This post will join a team comprising of four Marketing Business Partners in total.


About You



You should be evidence-based in your approach and be willing to work creatively and collaboratively to solve problems, and you should be able to make decisions that align with the University's brand and the institutional marketing and communications strategy.


You should be passionate about Higher Education and keen to support the University in our aim to grow the number of students on the Ipswich campus. You must be able to build excellent working relationships with experience of working collaboratively, and should have experience of developing and delivering marketing strategies and activity. You should be able to manage a busy workload, with excellent time management, planning and prioritisation skills. You must be evidence-based in your approach to marketing, and an excellent communicator.
