About You

We're seeking a motivated self-starter Marketing Business Partner who can manage multiple priorities while staying focused on strategic goals. You'll be confident in building relationships, shaping messaging, and translating business objectives into engaging marketing activity.

You'll bring:

A degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns Strong copywriting and content creation skills A good understanding of digital marketing channels (email, SEO, social) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

It's a bonus if you also have:

Experience working in the Health and Fitness/Education sector Familiarity with performance reporting and using data to inform decisions Experience managing suppliers or creative agencies

About the Role

This is a hands-on, strategic marketing role where you'll act as a trusted partner to our business units.


As the Marketing Business Partner, you will take ownership of campaign planning, content development, and multi-channel delivery -- all while upholding our brand standards and helping drive measurable results.

You'll lead on:

Planning and delivering effective multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline) Creating and editing engaging content across email, web, social, print, and internal communications Supporting internal stakeholders and briefing designers and content teams Tracking marketing performance and recommending optimisations Championing brand consistency while adapting messaging for different audiences
