The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Marketing & Buying Executive

to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a varied role working closely with our Head of Marketing and Buying, supporting both the creative and administrative aspects of our marketing and procurement activities.

You'll be involved in a wide range of projects -- from digital campaigns and catalogue production to trade show planning and product sourcing -- helping to ensure our brand continues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Marketing and Buying with day-to-day marketing and buying tasks. Help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels. Support the design and production of seasonal catalogues and marketing materials. Contribute to the organisation, design and execution of trade shows and events. Manage content updates for the company website and social media platforms. Assist with buying administration, supplier communication, and product data management. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Help plan and manage photoshoots and content creation projects with the Photographer. Provide general administrative and organisational support to company directors as needed. Attend trade shows and photoshoots in the UK as required.

About You

At least 2 years experience within a marketing role. Ideally experience buying, or a similar commercial role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital marketing tools (e.g. social media platforms, email marketing, CMS) and creative tools like the Adobe Creative Cloud. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding consistency. Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to work.
