About the Role

NB This is a fixed term contract for a minimum period of 12 months.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support the OxfordAQA Marketing Team in implementing and evaluating marketing activities across OxfordAQA to increase sales revenue and market share.

Duties of the role will include:

  • In conjunction with Senior Marketing Manager, execute overarching marketing strategy, implementing agreed marketing activities on time and to budget.
  • Analyse and manipulate customer information to ensure effective targeting and customer segmentation.
  • For agreed issues and products, take the lead on executing key campaigns; contribute to campaign planning, develop the market reach and segmentation to grow sales and build customer relationships.
  • Contribute to budgetary management; monitor expenditure to ensure best use of spend.
  • Help foster team work throughout sales and marketing, and business units playing an active role in the department and the wider team to make sure all activity is joined up.
  • Take the lead on administrative marketing tasks and projects, supporting the wider team and enabling efficiency.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential:
  • A broad understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload and pay close attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn a range of IT systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills
Desirable:
  • Experience contributing to marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of the international schools market
  • An understanding of assessment
  • Experience coordinating projects
  • A willingness to undertake occasional travel
