We have an exciting opportunity to join our Amazon Operations team as an Amazon Compliance Co-ordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract (could be considered a secondment).

The Penguin Random House (PRH) Services UK Amazon Operations Stream is responsible for the end-to-end order management and fulfilment process into Amazon in the UK and internationally. Compliance is a key element to ensuring PRH Services are able to maintain a cost-effective delivery channel in to Amazon.

As an Amazon Compliance Co-ordinator you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring PRH operational performance metrics at both TBS & GBS sites with Key Customers, being able to identify and resolve issues as they arise, reporting to key stakeholders in a timely manner

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with teams across the PRH business, Sales, Inventory, Production, DMS, Customer Services, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Technology, Credit Services and many other functions.

During this role you will have exposure to senior members of staff with the ability to grow and learn professionally, with dedicated days to your own professional learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform root cause analysis to identify compliance issues as the start of a trend, escalating and tracking these to minimise impact on PRH Services
  • Monitor, dispute and report on chargeback performance on Amazon Vendor Central, for the UK, Germany and France, coordinating with relevant departments to build efficient claims/dispute cases; capture and input this data into our centralised data source
  • Monitor and report on failed deliveries, consolidating re-booking, cost and compliance impact
  • End-to-end tracking of chargebacks through reconciliation and weekly/monthly reporting
  • Liaise and coordinate with Amazon EIS (enhanced instock services) to identify root causes, raise issues and work with EIS towards resolution
  • Input into key projects within the PRH business, play an active role in supporting and delivering project objectives
  • Support the business with day to day BAU SOP enquiries, work with the relevant support teams if required to resolve and feedback to the business
Candidate profile:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel. Ability to use of pivot function and table queries is desirable (training will be provided)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends and create appropriate reports
  • Understanding of the Amazon and vendor working
  • A commitment to providing great service to internal and external customers
  • An individual who enjoys working within a team and shares information freely and is willing to support their colleagues
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner with the ability to adapt their communication style appropriately to the audience
  • Attention to detail skills and ability to be proactive and reactive
  • Ability to work on own initiative in line with the agreed work flows and processes
There will be an extension handover period for this role, you will be trained by your manager and be able to learn from the current Amazon Compliance Co-ordinator.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office based in Frating, Colchester, once a week. Working patterns can be discussed at interview stage.

Salary: circa \xc2\xa324,000 depending on how skills and experience align to the role
