This is a

Some of the things you'll work on:


+ Support our Director of Integrated Marketing

to plan and run multi-channel campaigns

.
+ Own projects across social media, community programs,

influencer marketing, events, ABM, and partnerships

.
+

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources

to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at high quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

ensure campaigns align with business objectives

and brand messaging.
+

Support event marketing initiatives

, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
+

Assist our Leadership team with their social media presence

and personal branding.
+

Track and report campaign success

, share insights, and push for smarter optimisations.We're excited if you have:


+

4+ years of marketing experience

, ideally in a brand, martech or agency environment, backed by a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ A

proven track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns

from start to finish.
+

Hands-on experience with marketing automation

and website management platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems.
+ A

solid understanding of digital marketing channels

, including social media, paid social, ambassador and influencer marketing, content and communications, with a focus on lead generation.
+ A highly organised work ethic, where you

thrive in a fast-paced environment

, and can juggle multiple projects, knowing how and when to prioritise.
+ A

proactive, self-starter mindset

with strong problem-solving skills.
