We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to own and execute our B2B multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, fuel demand, and deliver commercial impact across our brands.


You'll plan and run end-to-end campaigns using automation, segmentation, and nurture strategies to engage both prospects and customers. You'll be partnering closely with our B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you'll turn strategy into action, bringing products and services to market while optimising every stage of the customer journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, print, events) to maximise reach and engagement.


Work closely with product and sales teams to identify marketing opportunities for new and existing offerings.


Align with SEO, social, and paid media across the team to ensure consistent and optimised campaign delivery.


Create targeted strategies to drive uptake of insurance products and increase market penetration.


Deliver retention and engagement programmes to boost customer value and loyalty.


Build brand visibility through strategic partnerships, events, and industry collaborations.


Use data to uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities and continuously refine campaign performance.


Track and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations.


Ensure all activity meets FCA and regulatory standards, with full compliance and governance in place.

Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role:

Experience of leading Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels with proven results.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences across various mediums.


Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to refine messaging, campaign tactics and effectiveness. Able to use data effectively to inform decision making.


Strong commercial awareness - able to seek opportunities to win business and help put marketing at the centre of the organisation.


Ability to develop and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders including our industry partners and marketing agency contacts.


Ability to identify and translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/initiatives.
