Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi tactic marketing plans and campaigns across email, events, social and paid media
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competition
Assess and manage campaign data sources
Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce marketing materials and content
Analyze campaign results, run tests and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners
Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and maximise campaign effectiveness
Experience and Education Requirements
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven track record of industry experience
Strong communication skills, creativity, and great attention to detail
Solid understanding of marketing strategy, budgeting, and project management
