The Role



We're seeking a proactive, results-oriented Marketing Campaigns Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting customer engagement across the full lifecycle--bringing a test-and-iterate mindset and aligning your work closely to business outcomes.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within a small, dynamic team. You'll work closely with sales, product, and senior leadership, and have ownership of campaign performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns aligned to commercial goals Own and deliver end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product and service launches Manage campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking Develop content and messaging for email, LinkedIn Ads, webinars, and customer onboarding Build and manage automated workflows, lead nurture journeys, and CRM segmentation in HubSpot Track and report on campaign outcomes; continuously improve based on data insights Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and leadership to align marketing to business needs Support broader marketing functions such as event execution, social media distribution, and web content updates

About YouEssential Experience & Skills



Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally from smaller or fast-growth companies Proven success owning campaign strategy and execution across digital channels Strong GTM planning and campaign reporting expertise High-level fluency in HubSpot (workflow automation, campaign tracking, segmentation, reporting) Experience in Pharma or healthcare tech marketing is essential Demonstrated experience marketing tech products/services into the pharmaceutical sector Strong multitasking, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities Able to work independently, set priorities, and own performance metrics

Bonus Experience



Understanding of GDPR and experience with data acquisition/management Familiarity with CMS tools, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics tools CIM or IDM certification Previous marketing into organisations like AstraZeneca, J&J, or regulatory bodies

Qualifications

Location & Travel:


You must be able to work from our Leatherhead office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Minimal travel may be required for occasional events or team activities.
