About the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Campaigns Manager at our Nottingham office. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office.
We're looking for a strategic marketer to lead the development and execution of integrated, insight-driven campaigns that align with Sygnature's objectives and deliver a cohesive customer journey across channels. This role involves crafting campaign messaging, compelling content and multi-channel activation plans, ensuring effective delivery.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, to build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies and ensure alignment with company goals and the creation of compelling, on-brand content.
The Marketing Campaigns Manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to ensure a seamless online and offline presence, manage project timelines, and report on campaign performance to optimise results.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop integrated marketing campaigns, aligned with Sygnature's strategic objectives & market opportunities.
Take a strategic & creative approach to the development of campaign messaging, ensuring themes are grounded in customer insight and translated into clear, compelling narratives.
Translate marketing strategies into multi-channel activation plans that support a cohesive customer journey.
Lead content development for marketing in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Ensure content is optimized for SEO, aligns with campaign goals and is customer focussed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables as well as oversee project budgets and ensure efficient execution across cross-functional teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years in marketing, with experience in campaign management, content creation, and cross-channel marketing, preferably in life sciences or related sectors.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in digital marketing, including social media & website management.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience tracking, analysing and optimising campaign performance and provide regular, actionable reporting.
Deep understanding of customer journeys and content creation to support sales conversion.
