We are expanding our team and seeking an inspiring

Marketing Coach

to support our growing cohort of Marketing Executive Level 4 and Marketing Manager Level 6 apprentices. If you're passionate about teaching, mentoring, and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

As a

Marketing Coach

, you will play a vital role in guiding apprentices through their learning journey - delivering CIM modules, coaching them one-to-one, and helping them develop the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) required to thrive in their roles and pass their End-Point Assessment (EPA).

You'll also represent Kent Business College at professional events, engage with clients to understand organisational needs, and help design tailored learning plans that fit both the learner and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across CIM Level 4, 6 or 7 modules. Provide one-to-one coaching and support to apprentices, tracking progress against KSBs. Work closely with learners and employers to define personalised learning plans. Support learners in building their portfolios and preparing for the End-Point Assessment (EPA). Attend and present at professional events, workshops, and employer meetings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching materials and delivery methods. Monitor learner engagement and proactively support those at risk of falling behind. Act as an ambassador for the programme, championing apprenticeships as a route to success.

Person Specification:

Essential:

Hold a recognised CIM qualification (Level 4, 6 or 7). Strong knowledge of marketing theory and application. Experience in delivering marketing training or coaching in a professional or apprenticeship setting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident working independently and as part of a team. Comfortable using digital learning platforms (e.g. Aptem, Teams, LMS).

Desirable:

Experience working within apprenticeship standards, particularly Marketing Executive Level 4 or similar. Assessor or teaching qualification (e.g. AET, PGCE, CAVA). Knowledge of Ofsted, ESFA or CIM compliance standards.

Pay: 26,000.00-35,000.00 per year
