Location: Based at Head office in Sevenoaks, ability to travel to on-site meetings to hotels within the collection as required

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Communications & Engagement Manager to join Hand Picked Hotels on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
What will the role involve?
This role spans two exciting areas:
Central Marketing Communications - delivering seasonal and F&B campaigns, managing branded materials (menus, brochures, templates), working with our Digital Team to keep web content fresh, and ensuring our hotels have the assets they need.
Engagement & Events Marketing - supporting weddings, conferences, and divisional events with targeted campaigns and local activations that drive awareness and bookings.
You'll liaise daily with hotel GMs, Sales & Revenue teams, central functions, and external partners (designers, copywriters, production) to make sure everything lands on time, on brand, and with impact.
