Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Job Description
We are a small and ambitious startup with the unique, clinically validated ErgoProx toothbrush designed for the 1 billion people worldwide who face challenges cleaning around tooth gaps.
Our founder-created innovation has already gained traction globally with dental professionals and consumers, and we are now entering a critical marketing phase.
Working alongside the founder and the Visual Marketing Designer, you'll help plan and stage campaigns, craft persuasive copy, and manage communications to multiple audiences: dental suppliers, dental professionals, and direct-to-consumer supporters.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Messaging
- Collaborate with the founder to refine and schedule marketing narratives across all channels.B2B Outreach
- Draft and send cold emails to potential dental suppliers and manage follow-ups with current leads.Direct-to-Consumer Campaigns
- Plan and write content for our upcoming crowdfunding launch, including updates and supporter emails.Professional Engagement
- Manage LinkedIn posts and email campaigns to our existing list of dental professionals.Editorial Writing
- Draft articles and editorials for dental journals and trade publications.Brand Evolution
- Contribute ideas for refining brand voice and positioning, including the founder's personal brand, in collaboration with the Visual Marketing Designer.Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement and suggest improvements to maximise reach and impact.Skills & Experience
1-3 years' experience in
digital marketing, communications, or content marketing
. Excellentcopywriting and editing
skills across email, social, and long-form editorial. Familiarity withemail marketing tools
(e.g., Mailchimp) and LinkedIn campaign management. Organised and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Comfortable collaborating closely with a designer/photographer to keep campaigns visually aligned.You need to live in commutable distance to us and have your own laptop for work
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
