As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring its continued success - through compelling storytelling, strategic marketing, and a commitment to engaging diverse, global audiences.
The Opportunity
You'll be part of a dedicated MBA Marketing & Communications team within Cambridge Judge, working closely with colleagues across recruitment, programme delivery, and alumni engagement. Your mission: to develop and deliver high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase the unique value of the Cambridge MBA. This is a hands-on, strategic role where your creativity, planning, and content expertise will directly influence student recruitment, global reputation, and overall programme excellence.
What you'll do

  • Lead and implement integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print, video, and events.
  • Create compelling content - from thought leadership and alumni stories to engaging social media and web assets.
  • Shape our brand voice, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge MBA's values, goals, and distinct market position.
  • Own our digital presence, including social media channels, email newsletters, and key website pages.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - from students and faculty to creative suppliers and media contacts.
  • Track, analyse and optimise campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
  • Support media and PR efforts by preparing press materials and coordinating coverage with the School's Media team.
  • Champion cross-programme collaboration, sharing best practices and driving alignment across marketing functions at Cambridge Judge.
About You
We're looking for a confident communicator and savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll bring: - A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field. - Experience across a broad range of communications disciplines - particularly social media, content marketing, and stakeholder engagement. - Outstanding planning, organisation, and project management skills. - Proven ability to tailor messaging for diverse global audiences, both visually and in writing. - Working knowledge of CMS platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), graphic design tools (Canva), and video editing software (Veed). - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
A background in higher education, business, or international recruitment marketing would be a plus - but most importantly, you'll be passionate about impactful storytelling and strategic communications.
