We're looking for a creative and motivated

Marketing & Communications Executive

to join our team in Ammanford.
In this exciting role, you'll help promote our brand, products, and services through innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You'll play a key role in raising awareness of our quality, innovation, and reliability -- strengthening our relationships with customers and supporting our growth in the UK market.

What You'll Do

Deliver integrated marketing and communication campaigns across email, social media, web, and print. Create engaging content such as case studies, press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials. Build and maintain relationships with trade media to secure coverage and editorial opportunities. Coordinate our presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Work with teams across Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure our content is accurate and impactful. Track campaign performance and report on engagement and ROI. Ensure all materials align with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS, social media management, email marketing). Confident communicator with a proactive, creative mindset.

Desirable:

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment. Familiarity with marketing analytics and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of B2B trade marketing, exhibitions, or product launches.
