Key Responsibilities
Boost trade show attendance
through targeted outreach across LinkedIn, email marketing, and outbound phone calls.
Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns
, including content creation, outreach sequences, and audience targeting.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct phone outreach
to prospective visitors, exhibitors, and partners to maximise event attendance.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships
with associations, industry groups, and relevant organisations to expand event reach.
Produce compelling marketing content
, including promotional messaging, newsletters, and partner communications.
Monitor campaign performance
and provide regular reports to ensure continuous optimisation.
Work closely with the events and marketing teams
to align messaging and support overall event growth.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
marketing, communications, or event promotion
(B2B events/trade shows is a bonus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using
LinkedIn
, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport quickly.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
