About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and creative

Marketing & Communications Executive

to support the growth and visibility of our financial advice business. This role combines digital content creation, event coordination, and client insight analysis to strengthen brand presence, build trust with prospective clients, and improve the overall client experience.

You will play a key part in shaping how the company shows up online, how we engage with our audiences at events, and how we learn from client feedback to continuously refine our services.

Key Responsibilities



1. Social Media & Content Marketing



Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Develop content calendars aligned to business goals, seasonal financial topics, and industry trends. Work closely with advisers and internal stakeholders to translate complex financial topics into clear and accessible content. Monitor and report on social media performance, recommending improvements to boost reach and engagement. Manage brand tone, consistency, and visual identity across all channels.

2. Event & Networking Coordination



Organise and manage company presence at trade fairs, seminars, networking events, and community activities. Handle logistics including venue booking, stand materials, promotional collateral, guest lists, and supplier coordination. Work with advisers to prepare presentation materials and pre/post-event communications. Track event performance, lead generation, and ROI to guide future event strategy.

3. Client Feedback, Reviews & Insights



Manage the collection of client reviews across platforms (e.g., Google, Trustpilot, internal surveys). Analyse feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strengths to highlight in marketing materials. Present insights to leadership and collaborate on actions to improve client experience. Support the development of case studies and testimonials (written or video).

4. General Marketing Support



Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, guides, and email campaigns. Coordinate with external partners (designers, printers, digital agencies) when required. Maintain and update website content or liaise with web teams as needed. Support lead-generation initiatives and CRM-based campaigns. Liaising with the Central head office marketing team, as needed.

Skills & Experience Required



Experience in marketing, communications, or social media management (financial services experience beneficial but not essential). Strong copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. Confident using social media scheduling and analytics tools. Excellent organisational skills, particularly for event coordination. Comfortable analysing qualitative and quantitative client feedback. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Some experience in financial services would be desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
