We are looking for a visionary Marketing & Communications Lead to define and deliver the voice of our Group. About the Role

As the Group's senior marketing and communications professional, you will:

Lead the development and execution of an ambitious, multi-channel strategy that supports our long-term goals. Partner with colleagues to refine and protect our brand, narrative, and voice, ensuring it reflects our "why, how, and what." Drive innovative campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and recruitment across diverse audiences. Oversee proactive and responsive media relations, including crisis communications. Strengthen our internal communications to build culture, connection, and shared purpose. Use insight, analytics, and sector knowledge to identify opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve.

About You

You will bring:

A proven track record in leading marketing and communications at a senior level, ideally in complex, multi-site or mission-driven organisations. Strategic vision combined with the ability to deliver impactful results. Expertise in brand stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation. Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills. The ability to anticipate trends, seize opportunities, and manage risk with confidence.
