We're looking for a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of mission to join Lancashire Women as our new Marketing and Communications Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings both strategic and creative thinking to the table, and understands the value of effective storytelling.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Development & Engagement, you will lead on the effective implementation of Lancashire Women's communications and marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for promoting the organisation to key audiences, creating content and maximising opportunities to raise our profile and increase our reach, in line with our overall strategic objectives. Your work will help amplify the voices of women in Lancashire, advocate for systemic change and grow support for our services.
You will be confident in managing projects and campaigns independently, with at least five years' experience working in marketing, communications or related roles
